You know you are spending to long on the GCA forums when...
...you have no use for any LED based lighting products but you are considering buying some because "they are on special"
...you know the three big issues in geocaching and where you stand on them (unmaintained caches, lack of quality hides, muggles wrecking the game)
...you wonder how C@W's boss puts up with him constantly working on GCA
...you look forward to around the 20th of the month when the new geotalk podcast is published
...you have seen 100s of pictures of gnomes despite not owning any, not considering buying any, not working a bunnings (or any other gnome related industry), not been into gardening in anyway what-so-ever and you are actually studying for an engineering degree
...you know off the top of your head which cachers have reached milestones in the past month
...you know where and what Zalgariath is doing at all times despite having never meet him
...you go to geocaching events and remember people by there avatar picture (and yes know I don't have one)
...you think pathtags are silly but you feel like getting one anyway so you have an avatar picture
...actually going geocaching requires more planning then before because you have to draw yourself away from the forums

When you click on the "view new post" link and nothing appears, you go into little melt down and assume the interwebs are dead !

You're the second person to reply to a new topic, and you wonder why you weren't the first . . .

You are the only cacher to be named by the OP who is not instrumental in running the site

A "new" member posts their first post and you notice they have joined the site several years ago and have just been lurking!
Oh, and I suppose posting to the forum on your phone during a couple of minutes break during work hours is up there too.

You get an email from a concerned party when they see you haven't been in the 'online' list within the last 24 hours........

You start replying to your own messages, because no-one else is writing much.
