Geocaching on BTN Extra - ABC3

Post by Freddo » 15 March 11 10:38 pm

ABC digital will screen a segment on Geocaching tomorrow. If you want a preview check out the following link. The segment features Thomas the Tadpole, Alice the Amphibian and James the Newt. And some nameless frog.

Great little article there - And very cute to see them 'hunting' a cache which we had the pleasure of doing on a previous trip over (although I don't remember that ammo box being there!!)

Ha ha we had to do it at school too and the stories were usually pretty boring.
Nice story on Geocaching though.

Well done, a few less non-magic folk now .. I can see kids in schools across the country asking their teachers .. can we do that!

I'm going to head into the city and see if I can find that ammo box now!

Another that wanted to say thanks for posting this =D>
Finally the kids were able to show their classes what on earth they were on about each time they mentioned caching, I stuck the file on a USB stick and the whole class watched the segment on the interactive whiteboard.
