Fantastic news!

We had a amazing time as a vendor at the 1st Mega, we are looking forwards to repeating that! We met so many of the cachers that we know only by the logbooks and the forums, and so many of the pathtagging crew!

I promise to remember to sign the log wall this time around!

The Committee would like to thank all the positive interest and replies after only 3 days . =D> =D>
At this stage all is set for the 8 PM posting as a new topic Thursday night.

We are all watching the many topics with great interest and there has been some great guesses at the location. The big scout camp at Elmore would be good, Mildura sounds nice, Albury good access and many others all sound possible. :D :D
But, unfortunately, not one guess in all the topics hit the location or a Committee team.

Many years ago, we accidently stumbled upon a unique location within Australia and after meetings with Management during the last 2 years and after an onsite inspection ,we couldnt believe our luck. :) :) We have never seen a more stunning location for a mega event. We booked it and built the event around it,then putting all the infrastructure into place ready for the future proposed date.
Australia...you have hit the jackpot with this location and you will be so proud to display the venue to the international visitors

For "cached " ...re bumper stickers...consider that done ,no problem. :D :D
We are going to release two more pieces of information for your guesses to see if someone nails it. : 1/ Every caching team will be met at the entrance of the venue and a small " Australian Flag " will be placed on the aerial of your car for the duration of the event. 2/ The venue is so interesting ,it has deer grazing on the edge of the camping areas.

We will have one practice run to get all the info on Tuesday night with a preview / cancel attempt.Time it and then commence early Thursday and be ready to submit at 8 pm sharp.Keep all the positive comments rolling in,
Thankfully,
From all the Committee. :D :D

Hope so, I like that place.
Stayed there many times whist attending the now defunct Music Festival (Oct) Blackstump.
Lovely area, open spaces, Great facilities!
