I'm in two minds whether to drop i!riblit a note on this one. Either way if it stays I will be placing it on my ignore list.
I'd be contacting a reviewer in this case. Encouraging cachers to scale fences that (if my interpretation is correct) designate general public no-go zones (ie private property) isn't really a good thing.

Here's a new approach:
include photos of where to go and a photo of the cache in situ!

Interesting!

Nothing new about having a picture hint on a cache.
It's only a 1.5 difficulty, obviously they want people to be able to find it.

What's the problem?

No problem at all. Plenty of pics. Might be able to go for it sans GPSr.

The latest drama:

Note to new cache placers - don't use Google Earth for the coords.

A better note would be to read the guidelines, where this can be found.

You as the owner of the cache must visit the site and obtain the coordinates with a GPS

Yes I saw that on my update list. I am getting to the point of wondering whether I should just ignore any placements by these 2 new players in Sydney as soon as they come up.

Then again, I found two out of four placements by another new local team today before the rain came. Both highlighted reasons why every local park doesn't need a cache. First park was nice but the only hiding spot was behind someone's back fence that probably doesn't need the attention but there was probably nowhere safer to hide it.

Second park was also an easy find behind a fence, but in a park that has nothing to recommend it except there isn't a house there.

Maybe a better bet would just have been to archive it and tell them to read the guidelines. They may not even own a GPSr, both my finds today were from the TomTom getting me close enough and the hints. The Garmin hadn't even got a lock before I found them.

A sentiment close to my heart, which is why I placed this cache: http://coord.info/GC2B2DK

At least that one comes with appropriate warnings. I'm still considering whether to hit it for find #3000. Find #1000 was a crap micro on a transformer called "Just For The Numbers". It seemed appropriate.
