A new numbers-challenge for you

Or maybe it could form the basis of a caching game.

Today I decided I am only going to log puzzle caches to see how many in a row I can do and I am up to 3. I must admit that I have 47 more solved, but unfound caches under my belt, so all I need is time. If I can make 20 in a row I'll be happy. Add this to my well-rounded cacher matrix up to 4/4 and trying to find the longest with a find caches and I have plenty of projects on the go...

I was inspired by Team Rubik's trip to Canberra. I liked the look of his list of found caches. Puzzle after puzzle.

Cheers,
Jeremy.

hahaha nice project... only possible I suppose in Canberra or Adelaide where the puzzle cache density is so huge!

Hmmm only finding Zytheran caches.... that could hurt :P

Also lots  :D of :?: puzzles :?: at Phillip Island (Victoria) where about 25 out of the 30 Not Drowning-Caching Cache Series are puzzles! The other are multis.

We did them all except the final when we were there at Phillip Island back in March.

Unfortunately at the time not all the caches had the codes required for the final sudoku (they have since been replaced) so we couldnt do the final as we didnt have time to work out the puzzle with the missing clues on the last day. However GMelb was able to nut it out once we got home and we just went back there last weekend and found the final.

It was lots of fun, some took you to absolutely brilliant scenic places there and a huge variety of puzzles in the mix!!

I'm in that boat. Just about all of my closest to home puzzles that we have solved (most of the ones that we haven't are his as well) are all by Z, and some of them will never be done.
We are down to about 100 puzzles unsolved in the state, but with the hills of Z that shadow our house, the only way that we will ever get all of them, is if there is a massive downpour that washes all of them in to a nice little pile at the bottom. \:D/

I played a slightly different game. I found at least one trad, one multi and one mystery cache in each calander month.

I kept this streak going from when I started in October 06 until November 09 - when I had zero finds for the month :( . After failing to find any mystery caches in December or January, I've been keeping this going again since February.

Most months I dont have to go out of my way to achieve this, only occasionally I think think to myself, havent done a multi/mystery yet this month - better go get one.

Well it is all over. I managed 26 in a row before I climbed a hill big enough that I wasn't going to be happy about not clearing out the 3 traditional caches as well as the 5 puzzles that were there.

If only it were true. I'm not through being tortured yet.

I know. I'm beginning to wish I hadn't. Having got past the first step I figured others would follow. Alas, not. Now you are interrupting me....

Only ever found 7 in a row, but I hid 76 unknown's in a row, does that count?
...Before switching over to aiming to get well-rounded-hider. Only a few to go. :P
(which for Adelaide is sort of unfortunate because a few are terrain 5)
However there could be a record number of unknown finds coming up according to this http://coord.info/GC2EPDK
