Hi, I'm extremely new to the caching caper - off to seek my first tomorrow with little miss 4.
Since exploring online and tapping my way through mountains of information, I can now not enter into any store without seeing some little object as a potential cache
Fingers crossed on our first find - a micro over in Koongamia. Take care...oh I live in Perth, WA and my name is Lana

One woman that needs little introduction is the infamous Western Australian geocacher called EVERLASTING. Here is a short little article that lets us all understand what makes this woman tick!! If you don’t know, Danielle is one of Australia’s more prolific geocachers. What amazes most of us, including me, is that she travels Australia mostly by herself without ounce of fear. Read on to find out why most of us think she is so special!!

She certainly is special but what amazes me is how she found the time to do all of that stuffTeamAstro wrote:Read on to find out why most of us think she is so special!!

hiyas!
er... again. I have had an active account on here since 2004 I think. back then I did a few caches but not many before my magellan blew up and so cause me to cease and disist all cache activity...
... go forward to 2011....
I recently got a HTC Incredible S and decided its tome to get back into it again. Finding the phome works pretty well. not quite as acurate as my old GPSr but gets me within a meter or 2 which is fine for me.
so I guess really its a "welcome back".

Hey Ving! You should also find there are just a few more available these days hehe... just beware the Mint Tin
Re: Where are we all from??? (introduce yourself) parts 1&2
Mint Tins aren't the problem. It's all those damn nano's that are no bigger than your smallest fingernail (after it's been cut very short). The logs are almost impossible to get out and if you do, you can never get them back in again! And that's if you can find the things at allZalgariath wrote:Hey Ving! Hi everybody.
I'm Will, but you can call me Willz, rocker, whatever as long as its not William lol. I found this site after finding an old thread about geocaching on a reef aquarium forum I frequent. Thought "Why not have a look..." and found a cache less then 200 metres from my home. Found it after having a go a couple times (GPS isn't crash hot, but it is a nokia N97 after all so can't expect great things...) and have been scanning the area ever since.
Now I'm on the hunt for a entry level GPS, so the accuracy can put me within a 5-10 metres rather then 20-40m.
Now I check this website everytime I decide to go somewhere just to see if there are any caches close by. Talk about hooked lol.

Hi everyone,
Would like to introduce ourselves.
We currently live in Durango, Colorado, USA and will be moving to Glenelg, South Australia next year.
We are wondering if there are any geocaching groups that get together in Adelaide, as it would be great to connect up with fellow geocachers.
We have been caching since 2007 and have an account with Geocaching.com under Panda Inc.
Cheers!

You'll love it! Adelaide is a pretty cache-rich area, and there are several 'young' power trails being developed at the moment as well.
Adelaide cachers are a friendly bunch, and have quite a few events through the year. No formal group, as far as I know, just a group of cachers...
