Love some of the remote and beautiful places caching has taken me to. All the out of the way gorges and lookouts in the Flinders most people wouldn't know about on their way to Wilpena or wherever. A climb up a mountain in NSW (no track) that started out with Aussie bush and ended up with stinging nettles followed by an amazing Tolkein rainforest (complete with leeches). Totally unprepared for the conditions but I still rate it as one of the best caches I have done.

My most positive caching experience would be all the great things that we have got to do both individually and as a family. Things that we would never have done if it wasn't for caching. Such as hiring a boat to go up the Noosa everglades. Climbing Mt Tibrogargin. Going by a very small tinny over to Stradbroke Island and climibing a large sand hill. And all the other locations that we have been to. Also all the great people that I have met through caching as well.

Can't beat the locations, especially the challenging mountain top experiences. Sooooo cool!

My most positive caching experiences have been going on interstate road trips and meeting cachers from other states.

My positive caching experience is all about being taken to places that you’d never go otherwise, and then putting your hand into places that you’d never otherwise put your hand into! Meeting fellow cachers while out caching is always fun too...

For me, creating geocaches is my creative outlet. I can't paint or sculpt and I'm too lazy to write novels, but coming up with a theme for a cache, crafting a puzzle, GIMPing a background image and maybe making the camo for a container gives me enormous satisfaction.
The logs that people leave telling me that they've enjoyed the fruits of my imagination are the icing on the cake!

Re: 2009 Cyber Flash Mob Topic “Positive Caching Experience”
We have lots of positive caching experiences, which is probably why we're so addicted! But one that sticks to mind is when we moved to Australia, being made so welcome by the local caching community & making new friends through caching in what was at the time a new and unfamiliar country to us. We love Australia & we love geocaching!!!
Re: 2009 Cyber Flash Mob Topic “Positive Caching Experience”
We would say just getting out in the bush and finding caches is a positive experience for us.

Spending time with my kids, meeting other cachers and finding a new place I've never been to.
Re: 2009 Cyber Flash Mob Topic “Positive Caching Experience”
I love going exploring at random and finding a great spot to hide a cache that is sitting under everyones nose and no one knew about it.

I love meeting up with other cachers, whether online or in person. I've had some fantastic group caching experiences, enjoyed events with cachers from near and far, and have a great bunch of Twitter/cacher friends!!
