Each state has a user group that people can who are members of this forum can join. Ours here in W.A. is called Westcoast cachers.
Back in april 2003 there where only 4 members in this group, every time I was asked I would join people into the user group, there are now 78 but there are probably more of you that did not know of this group or joined in.
Have a look at the top left of your screen below search and you will find the usergroups and see if you are in the group.
