Cooloola Shire Council...

They managed to completely rip up a road they had been patching out for years from one lane, it was sort of 2, ripped the whole thing up, they didn't even contract it out, properly re-do the road base and resurface it properly in no more then 3-4 weeks.

I'm guessing they must have got some juicy federal funding, they initially were working on a smaller area and when Rudd announced actual amounts for the councils almost over night the area they had ripped up doubled and well yea, they have it completely re-surfaced now.
