2 Adults with a camper trailer for us. I might have to leave Wagga alone for the next year or so, so that there are some caches to find!
If you need a hand with anything just ask.

Tealby - 2 adults (A-Team & B-Team)
Biggles303 - 1 teen (if I can twist his arm)
Urch - 1 or 2 adults (maybe) - travelling from Perth
Witnit - 1 or 2 adults plus 1 child (maybe) - travelling from Albury

Plus any more I can drum up in the meantime...

PS Re: accommodation - it is hard to predict this far out, but probably on site bunk accommodation is preferred. Not sure if we would all stay for the full 4 days at this stage - it will depend on the final program for the weekend.

1 adult, possibly 1 kid, MAYBE 1 more "kid" (girl teen may think this entirely uncool). Anyway, I think this would be totally cool.

May figue out how to "do" camping by then (sounds like the funnest option).

At this stage we are planning to attend, final confirmation will be early 2010. 2 Adults and up to 4 children (7,9,14,16 at the moment). Another team may also be coming but wont know until early 2010 as well, 2A+3K(6,15,17 at the moment). It all depends on getting time off work

:(
Fantastic effort guys.

There are a few camping experts on the forums who could help you out with any questions you may have. :)

Maybe.
Sounds like a great long weekend and 2 Adults will camp if we come.
As it's still 18 months out we don't know what we will be doing but it sounds fun anyway.

Joining the convoy from Adelaide.

I've done the Wagga Easter before, for the Street Machine Nats. Great venue.

Would love to attend. Will have to see how things pan out as we get closer to the date.

Potentially another 2A + 4K's to add to the tally.

Cheers,
Ksix

1 for me.
The original post says "A small event was held at this site Easter 2007. " - yep, that was a VERY WELL organised, balanced & interesting event by Roostaman & baby & mrs gopher which I attended. So, we're in good hands.

I will be there, either as part of a team or solo, most likely camping at this stage. Let's see what happens between now and then.

Well, this sounds so exciting. But as it is so far away I can't be sure I will have holidays. But if I do then we will try and make it. That would be 2 adults and 2 kids. Camping.
