We have found one snake recently, although fortunately not in the stump where the cache was located. More worrying though is the one which seems to have taken a liking to our back patio! Does anyone know what type of snake it is?

Thanks for the info MM and Thomo - although the snake was certainly not "inoffensive" when it was having its picture taken in the afternoon as it was quite agressive on my tentative approach.

Thanks for the info MM and Thomo - although the snake was certainly not "inoffensive" when it was having its picture taken in the afternoon as it was quite agressive on my tentative approach - it reminded me of a brown snake.
