I was in Super Cheep Auto and my eye was drawn to a familiar sight, well almost familiar. It was a etrex only flatter and squarer. It had a crap screen but seemed to have most of the regular features listed on the box, it was $290, which is not too bad. I donÂ’t know about who connectable it is though. Has anyone seen one of these working? Any idea if they are crap or not?

Found some info here:

http://www.expansys.com.au/product.asp?code=GPSMART

Looks half decent. Bluetooth compatible.
A bit overpriced though. Would be ok around the $200 mark

Bloody teachers! No wonder the country is going down the toilet. You and Bronze need to learn correct spelling and grammar.

That's it. From now on I will be correcting spelling and grammar, including split infinitives in this forum and on gc.com. Even if I am killed by it...I mean it kills me.

I hear the sound of bangoes playing. I shall now take my glass of wine and retire from the scene.

I have my rights and that includes the right to post mistakes in my spelling, if someone else has a problem with that they can bight me, I have seen other forums ruined by the spelling police. The fact is I come here for fun not to be professional, yes I am a teacher and in that environment I uphold a high standard. If after school I want to sit back maybe have a drink or not and post some misspelt :!: :?:   thatÂ’s my right. The last thing I want to do is reread every word and correct it.

That's it Mix76, you philistine. Draw pistols at 50 paces. You shall feel the cold sharpness of a lead-coated apostrophe as it glances your can of beer and ricochets into your breastplate.

As you have issued the challenge Sir, I believe the choice of weapons is mine. I choose two GPSrs and two temporary caches at the winter out west event. 10 min to hide FTF wins.

And Mix76 I agree about the spelling issue but I would have done the same thing (I am a S**t stirring from way back).

And I still want to know who is wearing the Ned Kelly hat?
