Finally - Geotalk episode 19 is online

Post by The Spindoctors » 15 September 07 11:28 pm

Interview with Murphy78 from Leeton.

Freeky Geek, mTtrax and Postman Pat call in.

Geoaware talks about Earthcaching.

A packed episode. Now I'm off to find The Lost World.

I always download geotalk through iTunes, but I had to check out the image mentioned, to see what the problem was.

Scrolling the pic down .... scroll a bit sideways ... aagh - a life-size Spindoc Bob on our screen.

At the very least, a warning should be issued if you are going to do this to us :P

Cheers!

Good stuff. I hope this is a sign that everyone is now well again and life is a bit less hectic :)

Downloading it from itunes now.
I have been listening through all the episodes the last week and have to say that you are doing a fantastic job Darren. The production quality is excellent and it's nice to hear snippits of some other podcasts (although what were they thinking with the choice of background music!)

Very impressed! The Video ones are great to watch too. I did noticed that video #2 is missing from the ITunes site and when I got it from the geotalkpodcast site it seemed the file was corrupt. Froze a little way through.

Keep up the great work. Will try and contribute something soon.

Excellent episode, well worth the wait. Some really interesting stuff in there.
So good I'll forgive you for mispronouncing my surname (no one knows how to anyway!). I always meant to call that in as audio, but it always got pushed down my to do list.

Thanks for the positive feedback guys (and gals). I've fixed the picture...oops! Sorry about the pronounciation of your name Team Wibble, feel free to call in and correct it.

BTW - Found Lost World and recommend it to anyone in the Sydney basin. A GREAT CACHE.

You can't mispronounce Wibble. You can mispronounce Davill! Even members of my own family aren't even sure if we're actually pronouncing it right... suspect it might be some Australianised bastardisation of a Yorkshire name which was probably a British bastardisation of a French surname....
