red tag - you *must* post up the car one you sent me - brilliant placement!
Taiko'sFamily - what area were you in? I had a bother of a time in a couple areas we tried.
Sending out all those received up until today. Still some National Science Week pathtags sitting here on my desk all lonely-like, so if you took a pic of the dinos, you can still claim one!

Re: QR code dinosaurs for National Science Week
If you would like to see some more of the photos that have been taken of virtual dinosaurs in Hobart, have a look at the logs for the 9 Tasmanian virtual dinosaur caches that have been created. Just look at the Tasmanian GCA caches that have names starting with 'Virtual' and a dinosaur name after that.

Dvixen, we were in civic square, so we 'saw' the one at the carousel, and at the chess board. They did hop around a bit when we tried to centre them, but we did get a clear look at them both which was fun. I tried several times to click the camera button on my smart phone but nothing happened.

Ahhh, the layar app has it's own photo functionality - took me a bit of hair pulling to figure that out. >.<Taiko'sFamily wrote:Dvixen, we were in civic square, so we 'saw' the one at the carousel, and at the chess board. C@W - wait, what are those things done up with the coordinates and something to do at those coordinates? (Yeah, that didn't occur to me, duh...)
