hmmm, with all these great ides, I think we are going to have to make at least 2 tags...lol
Re: THEME for personal 2012 Oz Mega Event PATHTAGS..
How about a series of Pathtags that by them self are great but can be put side by side to form a story.

Great idea Jabs.
Its probably a bit selfish but I really hope the Tuckerbox Dog becomes the theme as its recognizable Oz wide and has such a great story behind it too. He could be made cartoonable, (is that a word - sorry UMP if you are reading this), and adapted all sorts of personal themes.
I am off to brush up my photoshop skills - glad we have a while to think but with the Oz dollar so strong perhaps the theme should be decided so that we can take advantage of it

Thats exactly why I started this thread Team Pathfinder, with the dollar the way it is I want to get this sorted so we and others have a chance to get their pathtags done while saving a bit of money to put towards their travel etc.
I am hoping for a response from the committee soon.

I was also thinking I was the only cheapskate. lol
Isn't that why I had a COIN made???lol and we now have another in production....or is that 2...I think two.
And talking about pathtags, we WERE only going to have 1 sig tag...yeah right. I have just put our 10th in to be made.
Plus one or 2 for the Easter event here next year.
So yeah, the money we can save by putting our orders in now will aloow us and many others to get tags made...especially the idea of the SERIES tags.

Here is my quick attempt at a tag.
Thoughts?
I'm thinking how I could tie it into a series of three as suggested above. Now thinking about what to include on tag 2 and 3.
Re: THEME for personal 2012 Oz Mega Event PATHTAGS..
That's way too cute. Now, is the dog hitchhiking? shouldn't he be looking toward traffic headed to Oz Mega so they can pick him up?
...and if my assumption is correct, that is panel 1. Panel 2 is a 4wd pulled up in front of him. Panel three is the bottom block of stone, the sign and just the tailpipe of the 4wd and maybe some wisps of wind...?
If the brumbie is required, it could be grazing in the background instead of all gray mountain.
I'm no pathtag designer, but I'm probably responding the same way as others.

or maybe a cache box on the ground by the sign closed in the first panel and open in the third...
