@Zalgariath: No, my mad husband, the Black Bunny, was out last night, FTFing - well, trying to. He went off with Mr Roo. I think they got a couple, but mostly they were pipped at the post, as far as I know. I was in bed.
So there must be several idiots in the ACT, at least!
AND it was pouring all night.

Happy Gnoming.

Wendy

I was out placing gnomes around 2130-2300 last night and it wasn't pouring ALL the time (just most of it). I got home and by my clock, hit publish on the last one at about 0001.

I considered whether it was worth waking Anon E. Mouse up to go of for a bit of a hunt, but there wasn't anything too close to where I was to make it worth the abuse I am positive I would have received!!! \:D/

One of the reasons I was out last night... only way I could be sure they would be there! :D

Now I have to wait till they have been moved twice... so that'll be like, tomorrow for most haha

I'm heading North to the Camping Event in Barrington Tops... will have to take one or two ;)

I hope there is a prize for gnomes that dont move at all throughout the race, as I happened to get off work a bit early, so in spite of my previous post saying I would not participate, I changed my mind. Benjignome is currently sitting, bum in the air, waiting for a gnome full of construction adhesive to set inside him, before he heads out into the wilderness. And a wilderness it will be. He may well be the northernmost gnome out there, and I would guess he will be lucky to move at all.

Cheers
Bundy

Bundy, there's one in Townsville at present, so that's the most northerly. The next most northern one is my Roamin Gnome at Bundaberg, at least until your gnome joins the project. Tropical/sub-tropical Gnomes appear to be relatively scarce. I put it down to the fact that summer is not really gnome season in the North - too hot and humid.

Definitely not the northernmost - there's one that started in Townsville and another arrived there by plane today :gnome :gnome You need to convince a few local cachers to move him around. And maybe someone is off on holidays to give him some more miles too :D

Place him near another cache then that will convince a finder to move your gnome too.

Good work, wondered who would be about tonight!

I still have 6 more in draft..... stupid gnome disasters happening the day before g-r-r-r, stupid bunnings for giving me not good advice :stabby :stabby
I must have been the only one out and about as someone hasn't picked up my gnomies yet :(
I'm back in Melbourne on Friday, so they'll be on my hitlist if they are still there.
I have a day off tomorrow AND friday! See you around pwags!

Maybe we can arrange a meeting place for me to hand over the ransom money. Let's see, in New Zealand dollars, that would be ... around 75 cents!

Is there a prize for first gnome muggled? I had two on my front porch as the clocked ticked over from November to December. When I left for work one was gone. . .but it's still not been logged? The other was grabbed and moved on by a cacher.
