what is the most time you've replaced one of you cachers
this is the 1st caching australia poll that i am do event month these poll will be talked about on my show
Re: what is the most time you've replaced one of you cachers
Well, I've at least hidden 30 odd caches and replaced them 3 times, 1, for a muggled cache (gone)
And the other I have done twice because of an animal chewing the outside plastic of a tuppaware container.

I have not had to replace a CACHER. I have not broken one yet.

Re: what is the most time you've replaced one of you cachers
I've replaced one of mine about 3 or 4 times, plus a couple of others'. Damage from storms and heavy rains is one thing but finding a cache missing for no apparent reason, or trashed, is harder to accept.

Re: what is the most time you've replaced one of you cachers
I've never had to replace a cacher but ascending the White Track from "Things that make you go Boom!" I recall wishing someone would replace me & I would then be miraculously transported to the seat at the top of the track. Didn't happen.

Is the question supposed to read: "What is the most times you've replaced one of your caches?"

I had five on one cache that I eventually gave up on - however -
One of my favourite caches is now on it's sixth incarnation (and fourth slight adjustment in location) and i will persist

HMMMM so far i have only had to replace 2 of my caches once for each, the worst thing is having one of your caches MUGGLED before its even had a FTF!....
Its especially frustrating when youve put a lot of work into preparing the cache.....but thats caching for you its going to happen and cant really be avoided at times

Re: what is the most time you've replaced one of you cachers
3 times so far.
It's in an area highly used by muggles, dogs, children etc......
It's either been muggled or taken out by the tide
Still a great hide area but rethinking where to hide it down there.
If it goes after relocating think that'll be it for this cache

Re: what is the most time you've replaced one of you cachers
3 times,
first time it disappeared was before it was even published, along with the whole bush it was under.
so I moved it to a location 60m away, gone along with half the tree, again.
so I moved it yet again, 1.77km away. Didn't help.
Just un-archived it......waiting
