Since most of ours are based in Ballarat, our caching centre is a place nearby called Pootilla!

Man, that is so asking for a cache to be placed there!

Looks like I'm located in the middle of a contour bank in some eroded wheat field East of Warwick.

Seems like those Southern caches have pulled me down a bit into the darkside

Hmmm. I've ended up in the middle of nowhere about 40km north of Morgan SA. I guess I will keep getting further from civilisation!

It's quite a fascinating statistic really. Due to my finds in Queensland, I end up way up the top of Victoria and I've never cached anywhere near there.

I wonder if there's any Australian cachers that have a center in a different country?

You would have to do A LOT of caches overseas to move your center to another country, mine is about 70km north of me, in Goulbourn, suspiciously close [~200m] to where we usually stop off on our way to Sydney.

My guess would have been somewhere near WeeWaa in NSW

A quick check reveals I wasn't far off with Drildool, NSW popping up

Interesting stat.

Considering I have found caches in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Kiata (50km from the SA border on the Vic side) and NZ north island, my centre is only half hour drive from home at Woomargama.

Must be because the majority found have been within 150km from home.

A long weekend trip to Horsham covering around 2000km managed to move my centre about 3km further west.

Just gotta love figuring these things out, or get a life.
