are you sure, perhaps you have set a filter in mapsource.

Hi tratty, did you upload them as Wapoints or as a GPX file.

as a GPX file once you find the cache you need to use the ' Access my field notes section on the GC site or you can look inside the Colorado folder under geocache visits.txt

Thanks for your replies fellas, I'm a bit of a gumby when it comes to this sort of thing.

I'm not sure how the files were uploaded, I just opened up mapsource, click on receive from device, normally just leave all of tracks, waypoints, routes and maps selected and then push the receive button. Tracks appear unfound caches appear but no found caches.

I've looked on Geocaching.com for this access my field notes (this was another question I had) and was unable to find it and I also have no clue as to where the Colorado folder exists.

Thankyou for bearing with me.

Tratty

Mr Router, it does appear to me that something like GSAK might be the answer, but I must admit I'm running scared of it?

Thanks

On the right hand side of the web page you will find Field Notes just below that is

Access My Field Notes For Trimble's
Geocache Navigator and the Garmin
Colorado.

Click on that link and then click on

Upload Field Notes from your Garmin Colorado

http://www.geocaching.com/my/uploadfieldnotes.aspx

The file will be in the Garmin hard drive in the Garmin folder

Hi Skippy this stuff you directed me to is great I didn't know about it, but it still doesn't help me with mapsource maybe you are right Mtrax with the filters, I haven't spent much time on it since my last post so I'll see how I go.

Thanks people
