Google Earth (not responding)

I have a problem with Google Earth - unable to access after opened as follows:<p>Tip box was appeared in the screen (unwanted) then frozen. In the end, program was deleted, and re downloaded and reinstalled. The Result is the same. I wonder if it has happened to anyone with this same problem?<p> It would be greatly appreciated if anyone kindly direct me how to solve it.<p> Thanks.

Google Earth Plus is behaving normally.
