It very easy, First you need to export a tomtom POI file from GSAK.
Gsak will spit out 2 files. If you name the export as "caches" then it will export caches.ov2 and caches.bmp
The ov2 file is the waypoints and the bmp file is the image that will be displayed for those pois on your tomtom screen.
You just need to put those 2 files into the Australia-Map folder on your tomtom card.
If you like I have got a caching logo that can be used for the cache poi image.
Just right click and save onto your computer.

I did find that the TomTom Home software wouldn't recognise content I had generated like that. But Windows Explorer just sees the TomTom as another drive so you can just use that to copy it in. On my new OneXL the directory is just Australia.
If it doesn't see it (mine didn't seem to the first time) create a new POI category on the unit, then copy the files over the top of the one it generates in that directory. That sorted mine out.

<P>Make sure you disconnect the USB 'device' properly (using the windows icon in the system tray, or the disconnect button on TomTom Home) or there's a very real possibility that memory cache won't be flushed to the SD Card and the copy will not have worked.richary wrote: If it doesn't see it (mine didn't seem to the first time) create a new POI category on the unit, then copy the files over the top of the one it generates in that directory.
