I can tell you how to do it with Azureus, should be fairly similar with utorrent I would imagine.
It is, indeed. Pause the torrent, copy the file, right-click, "force re-check" and hey presto! Another few hundred kB/s added to the seeds!

thanks guys. I'm also seeding from my BigPong<sup>1</sup> account. (Nothing like getting it from the source eh?). But Tel$tra include uploads in my quota, and it's not all that fast (only 22kbs), so appreciate the rest of you seeding this too. <br><br><small>1. yes, I know I need to find another ISP</small>
