Geocube - iOS app with native GCA support - version 2.3

Available in the app store for download, version 2.3.
Features:
- KML overlays can now be configured with colour, border and size.
- Add support for the codeword for GCA caches.
Fixes:
- In OpenStreetMap and ESRIWorldTopo maps, the KML data and the track history are now drawn on top of the tiles loaded.
- KML files support for MultiGeometry also added to Mapbox.
- KML overlays are now loaded at the right time for Mapbox.
- Google Maps updated to 2.7.0
- Mapbox updated to 4.0.0.
- Ratings for GCA are now using the right API.
- Various fixes on the import of the Geosphere exported GPX files.
- The manual added private waypoints now will have a proper unique number over time.
