What did you want to share? Elevantion? Your meanderings?
The track file is a GPX file, so you should be able to open it in anything you like that reads GPX files.
Google Earth should be able to read it.

When I dock the Oregon, the track appears in base-camp but I can't see a GPX file via the menu system

Re: Oregon 450 - current track
I have tracks turned off but this is from the wiki.
http://garminoregon.wikispaces.com/Trac ... 20computer?
Automatically archived Tracks are saved in [drive]:\Garmin\GPX\Archive and have filenames like 1.gpx, 2.gpx
Open Google Earth and go File Open.
Make sure the file type you are looking for in GE is GPS.
Navigate to your GPS.
See if you can find the file that way.

Re: Oregon 450 - current track
An easy way is to select the current track in the Oregon's Track Manager, then Save Track. Change the default file name (normally based on the current date) if you wish, then select the green tick to save the track as a GPX file. Next you'll be asked if you want to clear the current track from the display. You'll find the saved file in the \garmin\GPX folder when you connect to your PC, with a name similar to Track_07-FEB-11 201300.gpx (the number part will be different for each file). I do this daily when we're on the road.Agent Basil wrote:When I dock the Oregon, the track appears in base-camp but I can't see a GPX file via the menu system
