iPhone Groundspeak App - latest problem

I used to get email notifications of caches via iPhone. When I clicked on the hyperlink for the cache, the Groundspeak App would open up then it would actually load that cache. Not for a month or so, it just opens the main menu. Is it just me or is there some setting somewhere I need to change?

I'm not sure why but sometimes the Geocaching app opens and other times it doesn't.

Maybe it's something to do with what page in the Geocaching app your were in when you closed it last. Try making sure you are on the opening page (ie Search for Geocaches) and see if that works.

Nope - does not work - I have taken to noting the GC number

It used to be that you had to go to your multi-tasking menu and then close the app before opening a link from an email. Now I don't think that works either!! So yes saying this was completely redundant...The app therefore, for my purposes at least, has been rendered completely useless!

I think if I am reading this correct I am using the same app "Geocaching a groundspeak project v4.1.2" on a Ipod Touch 3rd gen and have had no problems with it at all.
Could it be an IPhone problem?????
