Just worked out how to get Nearmap Aerial photos working.

Use http://www.nearmap.com/kh/v=49&x=[X]&y=[Y]&z=[INVZ] for the server.

Noticeably better than Google Satellite even on my small 6110 screen. Assume it would be a huge improvement on a phone with a bigger screen

edit: Sorry...can't work out how to get the URL to display properly.

Thanks for that Indaweeds, I shall program my N97 shortly and see how well it works. it would be good to have something else other than Google Satellite.

FYI - Expect an update to the GC software very shortly. Looks like they have almost finished the next version. Hopefully we might actually see trackable items in the listings [-o<
