New Software - UTM Data

Hi,

I just wanted to share some nice new software for you Nokia 50 Series mobile that may get you out of a stick situation in the field. I do all my geocaching with a Nokia E71 (135 finds), but unfortunately the latest version currenty has a bug in the manual waypoint entry that means that unless you enter the target co-ords in decimal degrees you end up off course, so I was looking for something to do the conversions in the field. The software I found UTM Data not only filled that niche, but has a lot of extra features like:
- Conversion between different grid coordinate formats
- Conversion between DD, DMM and DMS
- Compass showing the sun and moon position
- Display of current location in various formats (configurable) plus the current moon phase and sun and moon rise and set times
- Audible proximity alarm for GZ
- Trail tracking and saving to KML format
- Saving and loading from inbuilt Nokia landmarks
