need help with geo caching navigator for the n95 8gb

firstly here are the basic details

using version 2.04
a n95 8gb
i am a optus phone user

well i turn on the program but very time it goes to the intasling page it comes up no id found. well has anyone had any idears on how to fix it

yes, but I still have not had mine running, even after all of that....it just does not find the device... sadly

What kind of internet connection are you using?

There seems to be some problem with using GN on Virgin Phones http://www.geocachenavigator.com/Forums ... fault.aspx (I have this problem). If you use your phone's wifi connection, do you get the same problem?
