Hi all,
I've been caching with a Colorado 300 since May. Very happy with it. I have noticed though that sometimes it locks up.
I noticed on a log tonight that Tealby had the same problem as I did trying to open the description for Woozle Hunt V1.2 in Melbourne.
So my question is:
Have you found a cache note that locks up your Colorado?
If so:
a. What was the cache in question? Cache number & Name
eg. GC4756, Woozle Hunt V1.2
b. What version of Colorado are you running?
eg. Colorado 300
c. What firmware?
Setup -> Options -> Software Version
Mine says Software Version 2.40 Unit ID.... GPS Software Version 2.60
Might be a pattern in cache notes that we can identify. I'll have to go back to my Canberra GPX file and see if I can work out which ones there tripped it up.

hi djcache, I don't have a Colorado, but Mischief's Crew have a Colorado 300 and they said it locks up on caches
that have html links to other caches etc. Such as a link to an archived cache or other caches the owner has etc.
You can ask Mischief's Crew for more info, I'm sure they'd be happy to tell you more than I can.
I just looked up 'Woozle Hunt' and I see Tealby had the same problem. No html links there so I think it may be the
inverted commas and degree symbol characters as they are MS Word characters it seems to me, and not the standard
" and ' characters. Maybe the Colorado doesn't like displaying those characters? That's just my guess anyway.
I couldn't even paste those 3 characters in to this post as I got a debug error!
Cheers, Mal
