Extracting Lats & Longs from ASUS PDA running Copilot 6

Post by 2lost_souls » 06 July 08 9:59 pm

Oh dear. We decided to place a new cache on the weekend and took the ASUS PDA with us. We have Copilot Live 6 on the PDA and saved our location as a 'point of interest', thinking that we would be able to easily retrieve the lats & longs when we got home...

Well  we can't do it. We have no idea how to convert the point of interest into lats and longs or UTM so we can actually log the new cache on the GCA website.

Can anyone help us please?

No, we haven't tried GPS Babel - however we were able to solve the issue with ISilo which read the .dat file for us.

Thanks for the suggestion, though. :)
