At that price, and not being able to find out how long the internal battery lasts, I'd give it a miss. You can do the exact same thing with your GPS already (assuming you have a data cable and can connect it to your PC), with free software:

Photomapper

My first thought was also battery life not listed usually means its kerrap..

Here's another one by Sony. 14 Hour battery life quoted. Sony GPS-CS1
Found some specs for the i-gotU which quoted 20 hour battery life.
