Using a SSH conection

I need some help.

I am trying to 'log' into my itouch to add html files. In other words cache pages.

I have found this site http://www.freeappleipodtouch.com/2007/ ... s-and.html which shows me what to do but I cant work out how to use a SSH server client thingy.

Is there a whizz who can explain it to me?
