If your reg code doesnt work email them with your details and they will send you a new one. While they dont state it, I think it is a ploy to weed out pirated codes. People with pirated codes are unlikley to contact them for a new one.

Only solution is to email them and tell them - its pretty simple. When I recently re-registered (changed jobs so could not legitimately use old work code) they sent me two codes - one for old versions and one for the new versions.

Yeah I dont know how it all works - on the ozi forums some people report issue with code and others dont so its not in any way universal.
