Please put together (from both of you) in simple terms the suggested forum name, a description of what it is about (which will be sticked) and how it will be moderated.
e.g. Collectibles
e.g. This forum is for discussions of swaggies, coins, bugs and other collectibles. It is not an open forum for a continued push of selling of coins, etc. Buying and selling of collectibes will be through the buy / sell forum (if that's the intent). More blah, blah, blah.
e.g. When you get spammed with hundreds of people commercially flogging coins, how will it be handled, etc. How will you handle posts that call collecting coins / bugs / etc, lame, stupid, moronic, etc?
These are the type of things that will be sticked and should be adhered to by the mods for that forum.
