Are the RSS feeds empty? [closed]

Gidday Guys, I am trying to work with the RSS feeds for each state eg. for VIC http://geocaching.com.au/caches/gca/au/vic.rss but they appear to be empty. Is this just me?

Thanks for that it seems that http://geocaching.com.au/xml/caches/au/vic.rss works, but the feed links from the top of the state pages http://geocaching.com.au/caches/gca/au/vic.rss do not.

I was finding that the SA rss feed was empty too, but via this thread found that http://geocaching.com.au/xml/caches/au/sa.rss works.

Also looked at RSS entry in the wiki.

What's the criteria for caches to appear in the feed? ... and what is the feed update frequency.
