User names with '&' [closed]
Just tried out the new site features - great stuff! In an introspective moment, we tried out the rss links and the google earth file for ourselves ... and things promptly turned to custard Suspect it's got something to do with the '&' in our user name -
- clicking on the rss feed link gives the error Whitespace is not allowed at this location. Error processing resource 'http://geocaching.com.au/xml/cacher/Slider+%26+Smurf...
- clicking on the google earth link gives the error Open of file "C:DesktopSlider+&+Smur.kml" failed: Parse error: Parse error: Unexpected entity name for reference at line: 4 at line: 4
Other user links also seem to be broken - the 'popularity' and 'hitlist' links don't have anything after the equals sign. Is this fixable?
Thanks guys.

oops we forgot to account for ampersands in the title of rss and kml feeds. we've fixed them and they seem to work now
we fixed the popularity and hitlist links so they include your encoded cacher name, however the links don't work anyway so we have temporarily removed them to reduce confusion for other members. we plan to get that working in the next couple of weeks

I just tried the Google Earth link and it is indeed now working. Thanks!
