... are the above (waypoints) what you mean by gccode?

gccode = The unique identifier used by gc.com alphanumeric, starts with GC.
Can be used as a waypoint.

Seems to be running OK ... just that 3 new caches in Brisbane aren't yet included (see names of these caches in post above).

Any idea when they will be included?

Is it possible to make this "live" feed KML feed google earth different icons or text styles (ie colour) to indicate what kind of cache it's displaying (ie, archived) ??

It used to have different icons, but got broken in the last Google Earth update. There will be a new one available soon.
