stats on GCA main page [closed]

the stats for cache finds ect on the GCA main page are only for caches listed on the GCA site, not the caches on the GC site correct? just wanted to clear that up.

Nope, It lists stats from both sites.. But mainly the US one I think.. As there isnt that many AUS ones yet.

And also only lists Australia/NZ finds so if you have found any overseas they won't show.

As it stands, only Aust/NZ geocaching.com caches and Geocaching Australia caches are shown in the stats, following the automatic update.

However you may include your overseas cache finds, if you import them into the system, but since that import log function is broken at the moment, we will not speak of them......

then why is the top finder "Team Cracker" on 144 yet i notice from many of the posts on this site that there is a lot of user's which have star ratings showing over 200 found, so if there is people with 500+ found then why is the best stat 144?

ahhh i think i've got it now, lists the stats for that month of June only, not an overall stat.

well that being said then why is it still in june? its now july.

The funny thing here is if you click on the state tab and open that page, then click on all areas and then stats you can see the stats for July. Confused

. Have a look at NSW

pity they have the rest of the month

What has happened to the state stats on the tab/s (or their own state stats tab) in the GCA Main Page ? It has been removed a while ago - I may miss out the thread as to what has happened. I would assume anyone would like to look up for stats in their own state rather whole stats for Oz, isn't it ??

They're still there.

Reading from left to right, on the tab after "MY", choose your state.

Now try the stats tab - should work OK.
