gpx file beta testing [closed]

gpx files are now ready for beta testing!
there are a a few differences between these files and the GPX files used on the secondary site.
* they're free
* they have all logs (not just the last four)
* they have all caches (including archived caches)
as a result, some of them are huge. for example, the NSW file is half a megabyte
in future, we plan to move these to zip files and produce two versions: a baseline version of the entire database and an update version of (say) the last week's changes.
the files are located at http://geocaching.com.au/gpxbeta
due to bandwidth limitations we will probably need to move these to another server in the near future. this is likely to be called gpx.geocaching.com.au or similar. if we still have bandwidth problems, we'll probably set up a distribution system where this site sends them to state sites. for example if someone in victoria has some web-space, we could send them one copy of the victorian caches and then multiple victorians could download them from there, etc. cascading the full information out, not trying to hold onto it like the secondary site does.
our big thanks to clyde for putting out a special beta version of GSAK to read these files!
if you have questions/comments on the gpx files, please reply here. if you have questions/comments on GSAK's ability to read the GPX files, please reply in the GSAK thread
