Why the Reviewer's Lounge?
I suggested it to Riblit and George as a place we could leave notes and ideas for each other without relying on ICQ/Messenger/telephone calls and SMS.
I also think that we can use it in a similar way to the RWH on the secondary site.

we think this is a good place to discuss sensitive issues which players might not want discussed in the public section of the forum
for general stuff, we think it's usually good idea to open it up to the members of the board. this gives them a sense of ownership in the outcome instead of just having more decisions thrown at them. after all, if they want that, they can go to the secondary site!
for example, we were going to implement a cache rating scheme where finders (and DNFers!) got to rate each cache. we were about to implement it and then thought we'd ask people's opinions. when we did, we got howled down about something we hadn't thought of: namely how it would feel if you'd put our your first cache and then have lots of experienced cachers rate your cache as lame. so we changed the approach and made it recommended caches and it seems to work quite well.
involving everyone is particularly important given that many of them aren't happy with another listing site, so we probably need to be over-inclusive with some of the key decision-making
just a thought
