Two new items available under the new collaborative arrangement.

1. Netscape 7.1 users will now find that the navigation tabs will work with the "drop downs" falling under the tabs rather than the extreme left.

2. When you want to print a cache page, previously everything was printed (header, footer and side navigation), with the new change only the main body of the page is printed, saving you paper and our environment.

The cache Container is now displayed on GCA cache pages, making it easier to identify the size of the cache without resorting to reading the GPX file.

Two new things:

1. CraigRat has completed the hints on Geocaching Australia caches. Fully functional so you can now add, edit, encrypt and decyrpt hints. Woohoo!
Doesn't necessarily make finding the cache any easier though.

2. The number of logs that will show up on the state logs page or an individual cachers page is currently set at 2,000. A number of members have requested that the logs that show up on the logs page for a state or user be reduced. This is especially pertinent to dialup users. At the same time we didn't want to restrict the numbers of logs that broadband users could see, so we've come up with a compromise.
The logs will now initially display the last 1 weeks worth. You have choices to select 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks or All of the previous logs.
Note that the All previous logs will still be restricted to 2,000 logs overall.
Hopefully the last weeks worth of logs will be enough for you to peruse and if you want more, you can select the period you need.
This will be moved into production this evening.

New log type for Moveable caches!

We've now added a 'Moved' Log so you can clearly see that the cache has been moved to a new location.

It's a 2 stage process:

* Log a 'Found' log to get your smiley
* Log a new 'Moved' log with the caches new co-ordinates (PLUS, you can now add a hint!!)

The old functionality still remains, so as not to hamper any caches that use other ways of logging (like GIN51E's holiday cache, which moves but stays in one spot long enough for multiple people to log)

An example of it in use can be found at one of my caches

You don't have to use it, but one of the main advantages is the fact that you can easily see from the GCA Caches page that it has been recently moved.
