ACT DoE Volume of Traffic

Hi all.

The ACT Department of Education are currently placing a staggering load on our server. I assume that this is a class that is using our site for something, but we can't sustain that amount of traffic. I'm talking about hundreds of hits on the maps, zones, kml, etc, per SECOND.

So I've blocked their IP address.

If you know who is doing this or get contacted about this, please send them here and we can discuss reasonable access to the site.
