Thanks for your report. The method of excluding moveables was not quite right. This should now be correct. Please check again.

Thanks for your reply. I just checked my cavern and it still says "no digs available." Have I lost that turn for yesterday?

You haven't lost a turn. You don't need to dig on the day you found the cache, provided it is after you discovered the cavern.

Thanks for the report though, there was another issue with moveables. I've now fixed that and I can see a count of 1 against you, so you should be good to go.

I found GA23755 on 18th January and site went live 16th and heaps of issues and I have no dig which I reported at the time! I clicked on everything and nothing on that day. Now my date says from 19th. It seems like the goal posts are moving.

Is there somewhere you can see a tally of your own cavern finds? I can't seem to find it.

Do you mean a tally of each item you have found?

I can see what I've dug up in the cavern and understand a crystal shard = 10, and research points = 25. But is there a way one can see the total points for shards and total points for research materials dug up as they progress to the next cavern? Or do we get to see all past caverns as we progress to the next one, and do the math ourselves by looking at what we've found over the years?

When you collect all of the items from the cavern, you will receive a message that will allow you to discover a new cavern. Once a caverns has been fully explored you can't see it any more.

You will need to complete all of the caverns to get enough Crystal Shards. Your research materials from the caverns alone will not be enough to earn the trade, so you will need to collect them from other locations as well.

You can see what you can collected in overall terms and the items you need in order to trade here:

At any point you can see all of the dZ items here:

New question.

"A[n] icon of a person excavating which tells you that you are very close to some research materials or crystal shards. An item will be located North, South, East or West of this icon, but beware, you may have already excavated this item."

Does this also include NE, SE, SW, and NW?

The icon, specifically, tells you that there is an item N, S, E or W.

There may be ANOTHER item in other directions, but the icon doesn't tell you that.
