Idea: Links to personal stats without username

Just an idea to make links easier to share on facebook, when you share links to personal stats they contain the username of the person the stats relate to. eg. https://geocaching.com.au/cacher/maps/L ... s/heatmap/

But if you want to share a link on facebook, they need to be generic - ie. the same link needs to go to the stats of whoever clicks on it.

For example: https://geocaching.com.au/cacher/maps/heatmap/ needs to identify the current user (from login cookie) and direct them to the heatmap page for that user. Or it they are not logged in, it needs to ask them to login.

How do I see your heatmap?
How does someone without an account see their heatmap?
Your usecase doesn't address either of these.

They use the current method. I'm not suggesting we remove anything. Just add a 'shortcut' for those that are logged in and wish to look at there own stats (which I would assume is the majority)

The only issue I can see is what would the facebook preview screenshot show, if the username isn't identified. I don't know enough about how fb previews work, is it a live shot of the image or a static one it captures when the user makes the post.

How does someone know how to construct that URL. i.e. How do they get to the URL to copy and paste it as a "universal" or "my" link to their own version of the cacher statistics?
