Mid-Year Mystery Madness Months

https://geocaching.com.au/dragonzone/game/mmmm/

The goal of Mid-Year Mystery Madness Months is to hide, solve and find mystery geocaches that have been submitted by other geocachers for this game and maximise your points as you do so.

Your goal in Mid-Year Mystery Madness Months is to gain the highest number of points you can along with hiding, finding or solving the highest number of geocaches. A ladder is provided so you can gauge where you are on the ladder at any time. The higher your points the higher your position. The higher your hides, finds and solves the higher your position. Ladder positions will be calculated first on points and then hides, finds and solves and prizes will be awarded accordingly.

There are prizes for finishing in certain places on the ladder, so even if you can't find every geocache, your strategy of hiding and solving may mean you can still claim a prize by being weaselly like a weasel. Prize positions will be 1st through to 10th (inclusive) and then every subsequent 5th position until the number of prizes has been exhausted. This could mean that some days position 90 is the highest winning position and other days where position 50 is the highest winning position. Prizes are dependent on the ladder positions being filled and your position on the ladder is based on your strategy.

The gam starts on 1 June 2023, so get your thinking caps on, plan those mystery's, get them out there and prepare to publish on 1st June. Check your details carefully if it doesn't appear in your list of entries to submit.

To enter a mystery geocache for the madness months, simply list and publish a mystery geocache that has the following criteria and enter it into the game.
You have a maximum limit of 5 geocaches that you may enter for the game
Geocache type must be mystery / unknown
Geocache must have a GeoChecker enabled with the final co-ordinates of the geocache listed
Geocache must have a public tag of "mmmm" (excluding quotes)
Geocache must have a hidden date of 1st June 2023 (even if your entry is made after the game commences, the geocache must have this date)
Geocache must have a published date of 1st June 2023 (even if your entry is made after the game commences, the geocache must have this date)
Geocache must be "Live" or in "Future Publish" mode
Geocache difficulty must be 3.5 or lower
Geocache terrain must be 3.5 or lower
Geocache size must be small, regular or large
Geocache must be live before 30th June 2023
Geocaches may start to be listed (with future publication dates) from 15th May 2023 through to 30th June 2023

Sounds interesting.
After reading through the instructions am I correct in saying that you can solve and find any mystery cache in Australia as long as it has a hidden date and published date of 1 June 2023 and prior dates don't count for any unfound mystery caches? Hiding a cache is clearly explained.

You get points for solving an, finding and hiding caches that were hidden for this game and only for this game. i.e. If someone hides a mystery and does not enter it into the game, then you cannot claim it in the game. So you need your fellow geocachers to be hiding mystery caches to help you move forward in the game. Of course, hiding caches gains double points to encourage you to hide for the game.
