Won't deny it, it was scary for a few moments.
Time to tidy up some code methinks!

A web site issue or a Daily Email issue?
I noticed this morning's (Vic) email listed a few new geocaches in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Some were listed as being in South Morang and some in Morang South. Where is the locality name sourced from? A simple fix or a time consuming task?

The locality is based on a single position (centroid) in our (or Google's...I cant remember) database. We take the name for the nearest point, it's not based on boundaries or whatever.

Look at google for Morang South and South Morang, they are both geolocations in a similar area, But both are valid locations. I can't say I'll fix it as both are technically correct, which as we know from Futurama is the best kind of correct.

The Google geolocation API is the source, so even if we fix it it will be changed to what Google believe is (as CR points out) technically correct.

My profile > details > finds waypoint / finds GCA / finds dZ.
The cache ID needs an extra space. Numbers overlap on newer caches. :D

Narrow vs. widescreen.
No change needed.

The badges were only awarded when you hide a gadget cache during the gadget cache announcement promotion.

tbh asked me why she could no longer directly link from the publish emails to the cache page so I had a look and found that unlike the watchlist mails sometime after 15th March the GCA Geocache Alert emails for moves and publishes seem to have lost the full URL links to both the cache page and google map. I have taught her how to do it manually but thought it should be mentioned in case it wasn't by design.

It's something that I've noticed too, but couldn't remember if that's how it always was.
Watchlist emails have hyperlinks, Alert emails have no hyperlinks.

My alerts for all notices have the direct link back to the cache page.
Might be a browser issue????
I use google chrome now..with no issues at all.
