But others have been able to deploy points.

If you are trying to add extra points from your dropped points eg enhancer drops you wont be able too as you never added extra points in the 7 days after you found it. As it is in an 'unknown zone' it is a waste of time so you have saved your points (This is just what I think may have happened). The larger points on there already were put on by players who didn't realise it was in an unknown zone cache. I have done it a few times by mistake myself.

You can no longer deploy points to an Unknown Zone.

Thanks for that info. That's good news as I have lost a few points before realising in the past

I would like to have been able to deploy points. I don't care if it's in a zone or not. Being Griffin, it doesn't matter anyway, as no matter what I do, stronger groups override my points anyhow. Makes me less interested in zones.

If you would like to discuss the merits of a particular game play, then please contact one of the dZ admins or start another thread in the appropriate forum. This is a thread for discussion of site issues and as advised, it is no longer possible to deploy points to a cache in an unknown zone and is therefore not a site issue.

It doesn't run any more. It became far too resource hungry. We may bring it back for monthly stars rather than daily to minimise the resources to run.
That'd be appreciated. Who do I need to grovel in front of / bribe to get a set run? :D

Chat to a senator.

They will help you by understanding the request and where it fits in our priorities and direction.

Could GA11552 be checked. The cache is listed as being in the East Gippsland dZ, however the co-ords, and map, show it as being in the dZ of Monash.

I don't think I'm doing anything wrong :(

If I look at a GCA cache log for a Moveable cache, then if it's a Moved log, the new coordinates show as a hyperlink.
When I click on the hyperlink, it opens up Google Maps in Chrome, but only the map, there is no pointer indicating the exact position. Surely there should be a pointer.
I'm using Chrome Version 70.0.3538.67 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Was discussing unloved caches with Freddo and apparently this page runs out of memory for people with 30,000 finds:
https://geocaching.com.au/cacher/statis ... o/unloved/

I works for me with 11,000 finds.

Please provide an example of a cache you are experiencing the issue with, thanks.

Thanks for the report. The memory has been increased. The page will take up to 2 minutes to render for this volume of data, but it should eventually render.

A couple of errors in the results that we noticed:

https://geocaching.com.au/cache/gc117k5
Freddo got FTF on 21-Nov-15 three days after publishing. For some reason it shows as 3185 days of unloved - should be just 3.

https://geocaching.com.au/cache/gc2mrb1
Freddo claimed a find as beta tester on the same day as publishing (also the same day that someone else got FTF). Shows as 3344 days of unloved - should be 0.

We use the hidden date as not all caches have published logs. The calculation is correct. They have hidden dates years before they were found.
