Thank you to everyone for your patience with today's DNS outage
We didn't (and still haven't) any explanation as to why it happened but we have taken matters in our own hands and
We have moved our DNS to a site we have more control of which is something that we have kind of wanted to do anyway.
As part of the DNS restructuring we have decided to drop the mobile.geocaching.com.au site/feature as we continue our program of site simplification. Our apologies to the few who used to use this service.
My sincere thanks to c@w for his assistance this morning, it was quite interesting to try and figure out what happened!
