Complaints thread

Post by caughtatwork » 22 July 15 8:46 pm

This is the place for complaints about the Geocaching Australia website.

Complain about things you don't want to see on the site.
Complain about how TrigPoints come up in cache searches.
Complain about the dragonZone game stopping you from finding a geocache.
Complain about how you don't want to see any dragonZone information.
Complain about the site having too many options to search for caches.
Complain about the site running too slowly.
Complain about no ios app.
Complain about the site having too many caches with DNFs.
Complain about not having enough caches near you.
Complain about too many movables.
Complain about people cheating.
Complain about anything you feel is not being done for you.

This way we can corral all the complaints and negativity and ignore them while we focus on the positives and future direction in the other threads.

I'd like to complain that I have nothing to complain about ... well, apart from the fact that this site keeps reminding me about all those awesome places and caches out there and the fact that I have no time to go caching.

I'd like to complain about the hangover I have today, after having had god knows how many drinks on a cruise around the islands yesterday (I stopped counting at 5 champagnes, then moved on to wine). I think this is really unreasonable and something should be done.

I'd like to complain about all the Geocaching events currently listed for South Australia.
The events themselves don't bother me, as we never attend any, but they are clogging up my daily GCA email update with irrelevant information. :stabby

Ahhh...that feels better. Thanks for starting a complaints thread. :-"

Oh I legitimately get annoyed about how gc.com is "seen" as the only listing site. Why are some cachers so blind? *preaches to the converted* #-o

Accidentally found a premium only cache today. 200ml sistema. Log only. No swaps. No pencil. Sitting under a rock at the base of a tree next to a road. What are they protecting by making it premium only?

I hide Premium Only caches to filter out some of the TFTC logs. Nowhere does it say that a Premium cache is a better quality cache.
