Re: Leap Frog registrations are now open
Going to sound pedantic, but on the ladder board (http://www.cachinggames.com/leapfrog/ladder.php), my name shows up as bubbles_baby123.
that's going to confuse me
Also, i made a logsheet (shamelessly stolen off allrounder's one last year, shh), designed for the frogs. if i can figure out how to upload it on here, i'll share it with you all!
Hopefully this works: sample log sheet for Leap Frog

Knock yourself out.
Re: Leap Frog registrations are now open
I've got a frog, done a page, got a log sheet, just have to figure out the logsheet container bit.

Re: Leap Frog registrations are now open
I need to find something to hold the log, kind of long and tubular. Not so easy, cause I never put out any micros. So never pay much attention to this size of container.

Pipe from Bunnings? They have loads of different diameters. Take your frog so you know the size to show up its clack. A cork in the end (or a friction cap) to stop the log falling out.

Re: Leap Frog registrations are now open
Nice idea thanks but not sure I can take the frog cause that's where I bought it, they may think I'm stealing it. What is a friction cap?caughtatwork wrote:Pipe from Bunnings? A push on end cap. They hold in place by friction rather than having to use a glue. Looks kind of like a dome.

oh no, i hadnt even thought of what i was going to use to hold the logs until now! I was planning on doing what rogerw3 did with his gnome army (just a ziplock bag in it's insides), but...i think i might try and find 9 film canisters tomorrow :S`

Re: Leap Frog registrations are now open
Bronnie, I have some simple test tubes that might do the trick if you need.
Also - Reject shop at Gungahlin G (nearest to Coles) has over a dozen frogs. (After I bought some!)

Oooh! Excellent!!
(it's the only reject shop i havent been to! I brought Belco out of frogs completely...whilst weston and tuggers were sold out..)
hmm, test tubes may possibly work? hmm.

Re: Leap Frog registrations are now open
Only 101 frogs in the race
http://www.cachinggames.com/leapfrog/ladder.php
We had 235 Gnomes last year and I think this year we can do much better than that.
There's only two weeks to go. The race will start on a Thursday, so you only have two weekends to get your frogs up and hopping.
